A 1 hour high-energy class of power water aerobics designed to burn fat for weight loss, cardio conditioning, muscle toning and strengthening.
Cardio Aqua
1 hour high-intensity class that includes exercise equipment for strength training, fast movement for cardio burn and fitness.
A fun 30-minute class of water volleyball that enhances endurance and range of motion.
A 45-minute fun and fast-paced Zumba dance class in the water. This class is ideal for weight management and total body conditioning.
Pools of Hope provides an 8 foot 91 to 94 degrees deep pool; ideal for lap swimming, aquatic therapy and total body strengthening and conditioning.
1 hour low-impact aquatic exercise class designed to enhance mobility, strengthen muscles, and increase range of motion. It is ideal for orthopedic, arthritis, hypertension, and joint replacement conditions.
This is a 30-minute low impact aquatic exercise class to encourage physical activity for developmentally disabled adults.
